The Jets had scored first at Gillette Stadium with quarterback Fields rushing for a five-yard TD to finish the New York's opening drive
But the home team answered in the second period as Henderson rushed for two seven-yard TDs before the ball carrier grabbed a reception from Drake Maye at the rear of the endzone halfway into the third period to make it 21 to 7
"That was a key occasion for him delivering, and it's been great for him to keep gaining experience," the quarterback commented on Henderson. "He wants to be outstanding."
Fields connected with John Metchie toward the end of the third quarter to close the gap for the visitors but Andy Borregales booted a two field goals in the fourth quarter as the Patriots closed out the triumph
